Our Disney passes expire on October10th. Will and I talked about maybe trying to go one more time before then. The only weekend other than this one, was next, and we have birthday parties to attend. So we decided Friday afternoon to, wait for it...drive down Friday afternoon. We picked the girls up from school, threw our stuff in a bag, loaded up the car and we were off.
The girls have been going to Disney since they were babies and each time Disney changes for them. They used to be terrified of the characters, now we wait in LONG lines just to see them. They used to ride in a stroller, now they walk* the whole time. They used to love Dumbo and the Carousel, now they can't wait to ride the roller coasters. Abigail is actually tall enough, and willing to ride Space Mountain (an inside roller coaster all in the dark) but unfortunately it was closed when we were there. They are definitely getting big....Abigail also read any sign she saw!
*Amelia actually skipped everywhere.

You really got your money out of those passes this year, despite the missed trip with us last fall :-(
It's hard not to skip at Disney - they play that happy music all day and night HEHE
I think Disney was made for skipping.
Amelia, i think you were made to skip, do you know that a good skipper is a good reader? Studies have been done.
