Well That Didn't Work

The girls were being particularly wild at bedtime tonight. After quite a few times of me telling them to quiet down and that not working, I resorted to something drastic. I threatened to throw away their Easter candy! One piece for every time I had to tell them to stop talking. Instead of deciding to be quiet, Abigail said, "Mom, is it okay for me to pick which candy you throw away?There's some in the basket that I really don't like anyway."
